SHIPPING POLICY  

Orders received online are generally processed and shipped within five (5) business days.

Shipping Fees  

Delivery Guy

Our shipping fees are 10% of the entire order, which is added to the subtotal. Most of our orders are shipped through the United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail, Federal Express (FedEx), or by carrier. The method of shipping is dependent on destination, package weight, and total shipping charges.

 

Delivery Address & P.O. Boxes

Our transit times are based on the USPS and FedEx posted delivery days. WE DO NOT SHIP TO P.O. BOXES. We must have a manual address at the time of order to ensure your products are delivered.

 

There are times when you may experience delays due to the carrier, inclement weather, or other factors outside of our control. When these unexpected delays occur, we cannot guarantee receipt or delay of your order within the stated time frame.

 

Please note: We are unable to modify delivery addresses once you have placed your order.

Item Back Order  

There are times when an item is out of stock, creating a backorder. If your purchase has been backordered, you will receive an official notification of the delay and a notification when the items have been shipped.

 

All backordered items are immediately shipped once available.

Payment Options  

Purchase orders from schools and school districts may be faxed to 305-423-1132.

Checks must be mailed with the order form to:

Credit card processing is done through our Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) or by dialing 1-305-423-1999.

Refund & Return Policy

In the event you need to return or exchange your Educational Bootcamp materials, please contact customer service. Returns or exchanges must be reported within thirty (30) days of the delivery date.

All materials must be in their original, saleable condition. All returns or exchanges will incur a 10% restocking fee.

Return Instructions

1. Place the items in the original manufacturer's packaging and shipping box. Please be sure to include all parts.
2. Fill out the bottom portion of your packing slip and enclose it with your return.
3. Use a return label and affix it OVER the original shipping label.
4. Use the carrier of your choice and pay for the return shipping.

We encourage you to protect yourself from loss or theft by insuring the returned item(s). Please save the receipt until you receive your refund or exchange. We regret that we will not be able to issue a refund for any items that are damaged or lost in shipping.
